From Mishima station on the Tokaido bullet train it is a short bus ride to the town of Gotemba - famous with hikers scaling Mt Fuji, golf enthusiasts and shopaholics Gotemba also has a range of activities and attractions to suit everyone - with horseback riding, mountain biking, onsens and good food and many other surprises a couple of days in this town at the foot of Mt Fuji is well worth the effort.
