As we enter a period of lockdown, we want to make sure we keep our lines of communication open with our customers.

What do we know about ICC T20 World Cup 2020?

As it stands, no decision has been made on the future of the ICC T20 World Cup 2020, please refer back to this page for any updates.

Are you a customer who has booked a 2020 tour?

Please contact [email protected] and we can help you out.

Reserve your spot for free

To all our customers, we want to extend the opportunity to reserve your spot on any tour, for no upfront booking fee. We will contact you in the coming months for a deposit once we have more clarity on the position of the tour. If you decide you don't want to go, we can cancel your booking - no questions asked. If you're interested, get in touch with us on 0800 87 2011 or flick us an email at [email protected] and tell us what tour you're interested in.

While it's not quite business as usual

All games are currently still going ahead - but we are keeping tabs on the situation as we're aware that it can change quickly.

If you have any difficulty getting hold of us, or are experiencing delays, please know that we are doing our absolute best to get to you and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Stay safe,

From the team at NZC Tours.

*We will be accepting refund requests up until 30 April 2020. Refund requests must be for travel packages during 2020. In the case of cancellations (or games being played behind closed doors), any customer that does not request a refund before 30 April 2020 will receive a credit that can be used for any NZC Tours package in the future. Due to the ever changing landscape and uncertainty of matches going ahead, NZC Tours will continue to review the refund position.
